Costa Blanca to Portugal via Madrid

After 4 night's stay on the Costa Blanca, we left Denia, with the aim to catch the train from Alicante to Madrid. Everything was going well, until our little one, decided he no longer wanted to stay in the car. We had a compulsory, two-hour stopover at some Spanish rancho, after which we continued our journey. After returning the car in Alicante and a quick food shopping, we got on a two-hour, direct train to Madrid.

The journey continues to Girona, España

We left Nice in the South of France after 3 wonderful days and took the train to Avignon, where we had a stopover for the night. Right in the morning, we took a short taxi ride to the train station and off we went, over the French-Spanish border, enjoying beautiful country views along the way.

Hello my dear Nice, South France

We have finally arrived at Gare du Nice-Ville on a direct train (4:50h) from Milan. At Nice's main train station we quickly changed for another train to get to Nice St-Augustin. From here we just walked to pick up our rented car. It was early evening and the sky was cloudy, but nevertheless the view was well worth the wait.
